**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Automation Director who will be responsible for optimizing our sales and marketing processes through the implementation and management of HubSpot, a leading marketing automation platform. This role will play a crucial part in our digital transformation journey and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Implementation: Lead the implementation of HubSpot across our group of industrial equipment companies. Customize and configure the platform to align with our specific business needs.

Sales & Marketing Automation: Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and sales automation workflows using HubSpot to drive customer engagement and conversions.

Data Management: Ensure data integrity within HubSpot by managing and cleaning contact lists, ensuring accurate segmentation, and maintaining up-to-date records.

Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing teams to generate high-quality leads and track lead conversion rates. Optimize lead scoring and qualification processes.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on HubSpot best practices, tools, and features.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and suggest improvements to enhance our marketing and sales efforts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in implementing and managing HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.

Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

HubSpot certification is a plus.

Experience in the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector is a bonus.
