**Descripción General**:
El Logistics Global Sales Strategy Manager liderará la creación y optimización de estrategias de ventas globales para el negocio de Cabify Logistics, colaborando con equipos locales para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y mejorar el rendimiento. Su enfoque incluirá la gestión del pipeline, el análisis de datos y la implementación de mejores prácticas comerciales, con un sólido conocimiento del mercado y las estrategias Go To Market (GTM).

**¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?**
- Definiendo procesos y OKRs estandarizados para optimizar la ejecución y seguimiento del proceso de ventas de los equipos locales.
- Fomentando la colaboración entre equipos de ventas de los países, compartiendo mejores prácticas y estrategias comerciales exitosas.
- Participando en revisiones de pipeline con los sales manager para identificar líneas de crecimiento y detectar blockers que requieran gestión.
- Coordinando oportunidades comerciales y partnerships regionales junto con los equipos locales para maximizar el impacto.
- Manteniendo actualizada la información sobre competidores, productos y estrategias de Go To Market que sirvan como guía para las decisiones de ventas.
- Proporcionando datos relevantes a los equipos de ventas locales para mejorar la generación y gestión del pipeline.
- Identificando las necesidades de los clientes para mejorar el posicionamiento del producto y facilitar la venta de soluciones.

**Requisitos**:

- Profesional en carreras administrativas o negocios (Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o Logística).
- Experiência en roles de consultoría estratégica y/o liderazgo comercial preferentemente relacionados en negocios de tecnología y/o logística.
- Capacidad para ejecutar iniciativas y aportar innovación al negocio.
- Disponibilidad para viajar más del 25% del tiempo si es necesario.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita con capacidad para presentar ideas y resultados en todos los níveles de la organización.
- Construir relaciones sólidas con clientes internos y externos.
