Mortgage Broker Office Assistant

As an **Office Manager** for our mortgage company, you’ll be responsible for the following:
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with mortgage brokers, loan officers, and support staff to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- **Administrative Oversight**: Establish office protocols, manage training programs, and onboard new employees.
- **Data Management**: Handle large volumes of customer data, offers, counteroffers, and sales prices. Prioritize data security and maintain information technology systems.
- **Stress Management**: Thrive in a high-pressure environment, maintaining composure and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required.
- **Experience**: At least **1 year** in the financial services industry.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Familiarity with financial and brokerage industry regulations.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in information technology systems and data security.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- **Office Management.**
**Salary**: $200.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
