About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Jet Brokers to join our dynamic team. As a Jet Broker, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, assessing client needs, and matching them with the most suitable aircraft options for their travel requirements. This role involves negotiating flight terms and pricing, coordinating bookings, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and aircraft operators.
- Assess client travel needs and provide expert recommendations on suitable aircraft options.
- Negotiate charter flight terms and pricing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate bookings and ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, aircraft specifications, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Maintain accurate records, contracts, and financial transactions.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based role with high payouts that increase based on performance. Commission ranges from 10% to 50%, and we provide strong back-office support to help you succeed. Additionally, the company offers access to a large network of leads, helping you grow your business and client base.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of generating a book of business exceeding $1M in annual revenue.
- Previous experience as a Jet Broker or Charter Jet Broker.
- Strong understanding of the aviation industry, including aircraft specifications, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with flight planning and scheduling tools, as well as managing client accounts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must have your own book of business (over $1M in annual revenue).
