Janssen LATAM is recruiting for a Commercial Director, Janssen LA South to be based in _Buenos Aires, Argentina. _

This position reports to Janssen LAS Managing Director and is responsible for managing the Clauster' Sales and Marketing teams. The focus activities are to develop multidisciplinary brand teams leadership that includes the Commercial (marketing), Medical Affairs and Market Access teams; manage the current portfolio of the Business Units and prepare the strategy for future product launches; be connected and develop a greater knowledge about the high-cost public and private markets. In addition, this professional will be responsible for having an interface with the Regional and Global team to discuss strategies and market complexities, developing a leadership with the Organizational point of view influencing the market.

Key responsibilities of the Commercial Director, Janssen LA South include:

- Set up and implement the Business Unit (BU) strategy based on the company's objectives.
- Identify, evaluate and maximize new market opportunities.
- Evaluate the individual and team performance of business unit members, ensuring team productivity through internal effectiveness controls.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders and internal networks.
- Conduct business activities in compliance with ethical and legal requirements and promote a culture of compliance in direct and indirect channels. It promotes a culture of zero tolerance for non-compliance.
- It drives a culture of growth that is responsible, decisive, action
- and solution-oriented, and has a strong focus on the patient and the customer.
- Ability to communicate and lead a team vision, goals, and priorities.
- Preparation of pre-marketing activities for product launch in new indications and markets.

- Ability to engage multiple business partners to deliver results to succeed in delivering growth and top-and-bottom experience in budget management

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of progressive healthcare commercial and sales experience is required
- Fluency in English is required
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required
- Previous experience in leadership positions in Marketing and Commercial with people management experience is required
- Experience managing large teams
- Experience in specialty business in the pharmaceutical market and understanding of public and private markets and their specificities
- Desirable experience in brand team or multidisciplinary team leadership
- Ability to generate results in the matrix organization

This position is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and requires approximately 20% domestic and international travel.
