Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by building a robust pipeline of qualified leads. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, pre-qualifying leads, and booking meetings with those who are a good fit for our services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and research companies and individuals that are a good fit for Azumo's services using various tools and techniques.
- Identify qualified leads by asking insightful questions to understand their needs and challenges.
- Book meetings with qualified leads and work with the sales team to prepare the meeting and share relevant information.
- Support the marketing team by providing feedback on prospects interactions (questions, pain points, objections and others).
- Maintain and update CRM system: Ensure accurate data entry and reporting to support sales tracking and analysis.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Actively learn about the latest trends in the technology industry in order to create more engaging campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
- Proven experience working with US-based clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Fluent in English (essential)
- A passion for technology and a strong understanding of the software development industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Based in Latin America
