Lead Facilities Coordinator

**Position summary**:
The position is responsible for managing the maintenance of the installation, for performing the administration tasks of the security systems such as video surveillance cameras, access control, as well as the maintenance and integrity of the intrusion and fire systems, it is also responsible to comply with the maintenance, qualification, validation and calibration program.
All these operations must be carried out following the specifications and IT / administrative tools required by the company and through compliance with local and international regulations and policies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the maintenance and proper functioning of the CTD Argentina facility in all areas related to operations, as well as ensure that all activities are carried out that keep the facility clean, illuminated and orderly.
- Manage the maintenance and operation of the temperature monitoring system, managing the system in accordance with what is indicated in the local SOPs, in order to ensure its continuous operation and use.
- Manage the maintenance and operation of the HVAC system to ensure its continued operation and use.
- Manage the maintenance and operation of the refrigeration, freezing and deep-freezing chambers to ensure their continuous operation and use.
- Manage the maintenance and operation of the access control system to ensure the continuous operation and proper use of the system.
- Manage the maintenance and operation of the intrusion and fire systems to ensure the continuous operation and proper use of the system.
- Manage the maintenance and operation of the CCTV system (Video surveillance cameras) to ensure the continuous operation and proper use of the system.
- Perform administrative tasks related to managing the controlled life cycles of documents, from issuance to implementation, through archiving, according to the recommendations of the quality area.
- Participate in initiatives of support, innovation and activities for continuous improvement and improvement of compliance with procedures, policies and quality regulations.
- Detect and report deviations and non-conformities in compliance with procedures.
- Data management to ensure the integrity of the data generated in critical systems and / or data or information generated in the operations area.
- Participate in the management and regulatory compliance related to health and safety activities.
- Give support in the fulfillment of the training matrix.
- Other tasks may be required in order to meet business requirements.
- Follow, execute, improve and review the calibration plan
- Support for qualifications, analysis and preparation of reports
