We are a U.S. based air quality company expanding rapidly nationwide through new franchise locations. We are looking for an Operations Manager that can help us oversee the operations of the entire organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Manage cash flow and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial data
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support the growth and success of the company
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and other financial regulations
- Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
- Support the executive team in strategic decision making by providing financial analysis and insights
- Review and track project status for all projects under development and relay key information to Senior Leadership
- Ensure development budgets, contract payments, and commitments are not exceeded

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting and financial management
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

Pay: $200,000.00 - $273,000.00 per month
