**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The Business Development Associate is responsible for attracting new clients, either by cold calling or answering requests, and building solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Grow existing accounts
- Identify, develop new business opportunities
- Work closely with the senior management team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress of the sales team
- Ensure that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
- Generate, qualify, and contact potential sales leads
- Schedule demos
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products
- Document the sales process and closing
- Create proposals and presentation material
- Provide support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process
- Manage and nurture customer relationships for further opportunities

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or English Literature is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Experience in sales or a similar role is desirable
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
- Ability to overcome objections, build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication, presentation and business skills
- Ability to quickly learn and use new technology
- Ability to work under pressure, work well in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: $148,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per month
