**Description and Requirements**:
This Sales Operations position will support Sales & Business Management Teams in the North America geography. This position reports into NA sales operations organization but is strongly aligned to the segments supported. This is a fast-paced role for someone who has strong data and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with sales leaders to define and align territories and books of accounts within D365 on a consistent basis
- Provide data and recommendations for accurate and timely deployment of quarterly sales quotas
- Manage maintenance and weekly updates of cadence/BMS materials including progress against targets, waterfalls, pipeline, and other key metrics
- Ad Hoc data and reporting in alignment with campaign priorities as required by leadership to drive business outcomes
- other projects as identified by management, including data cleanup, additional reporting, automation, etc.

Job Requirements:

- Detail-oriented with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to partner with peers, senior management and other functional groups
- Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment - balance multiple projects / initiatives
- Superior communication skills (English) - oral, written and presentation skills with leadership and peers
- Ability to solve problems and think outside the box
- Strong relationship building skills - collaborates effectively with others
- Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm, and commitment; able to work proactively and autonomously
- Superior skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience working in Qlik would be valuable
