Their first product, **Rip Van Wafels** is available in 20,000 locations nationwide including Starbucks, Whole Foods, Publix, Wegmans, and Sprouts. The company has grown over 500% in the last three years, has made both the Inc & Forbes 30 under 30 lists, won numerous business awards and has been featured in publications such as, TechCrunch, Entrepreneur, Bon Appétit, and The New York Times.

**What you will do**:

- Perform analysis for supply chain areas (co-manufacturing, ingredients, packaging, bills of material, inventory, freight, warehousing, product shelf life, other) to identify savings opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Commercialization team to analyze new innovation cost models and P&L statements.
- Update weekly Supply Chain KPIs using multiple data sources.
- Create and manage the Operations Supply Chain Dashboard.
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Captain, with responsability for ensuring data consistency and logic flow for monthly S&OP meetings.
- Ability to quickly create ad hoc reports, using data sources from multiple business functions, and perform analysis as meeded.
- Ensure accurate bill material are documented and provided to Finance for entry into Quickbooks.
- Own the Master Specification Sheet for the company, ensuring accuracy and updates as appropiate.
- Ability to cross train and perform back up role for other department roles.
- Collaborate with department personnel to find business process improvement opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in data analysis/operations/supply chain.
- 5+ years experience in data analysis or supply chain roles.
- Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Superior Google Suite (Sheets/Documents/Slides) knowledge and capability.
- Quickbooks Enterprise knowledge desired.
- History of developing dashboards to demonstrate status and progress of initiatives. Detail orientation.
- A good communicator, written and oral.
- Great time management skills and ability to work with short deadlines.
- Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful.

**Location **:Fully Remote (work from home). Monday-Friday 8AM - 5PM within the Eastern Standard Time (EST).
