**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with sales to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Manage marketing automation platforms and tools.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Experience in B2B demand generation.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- A strategic mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
