We are looking for a Development Team Leader who is passionate about technologies and willing to face new challenges

**As part of our team, you may encounter the following responsibilities**:

- Promote the fulfillment and on-time delivery of functionalities partnering with Product Architects, Product Owners, Engineers and other team members.
- Make critical decisions that contribute to the success of the product and the team
- Be proactive in anticipating problems and empower the team to self-organize and go the extra mile
- Partner with the Product team and align with goals, priorities, trade-offs, and risks.
- Ensure the team has clear priorities and adequate/available resources.
- Have a hands-on attitude and provide technical guidance, professional development, and mentoring to team members.
- Participate in architecture discussions, cross-functional coordination and planning with other Engineering and Product teams.
- Occasionally contribute to development tasks such as feature development and verification in order to assist the team with their releasing commitments.
- Learn and increase your technical knowledge of our products.
**Required skills to be part of our amazing team**:

- Upper-intermediate level of english (speaking, writing and reading)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience leading software development projects, especially technical ones.
- Relationship-building skills: experience communicating with users and other technical and project management teams to understand requirements, describe software features, and technical designs.
- Be an Intraway team player: work with ownership and commitment and have a self-learning attitude
- Experience with full software life cycles, short release cycles and experience working on a high demand product
- Experience with agile methodologies (experience as a Scrum Master is a plus)
- Knowledge of software engineering’s best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI / CD, building process, testing, and operations

- Database: MySQL (required), OracleDB, MongoDB (desired)
- AWS/Google Cloud/Azure
- Knowledge of Microservices architectures and Cloud-Ready architectures.
