You will collaborate closely with our clients, clinical, and project leadership teams to implement effective patient recruitment strategies. With your expertise, you will lead projects and be responsible for their success, including meeting key performance metrics, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to manage the coordination, planning, and implementation of patient recruitment operational plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure the execution and delivery of the patient recruitment scope.
- Communicate with clients and project teams to implement, monitor, and report on the impact of recruitment tactical plans.
Requirements
- General project management experience, including directing a project team and managing budget and project financials.
- In-depth knowledge of drug development processes across all functional areas.
- Excellent organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
