**JOB DESCRIPTION**
This role will be responsible for leading daily operations, ensure compliance, and foster a high performance team culture.

Job Responsibilities

**In this role you will be facing different challenges such as**:

- Lead and oversee daily operations of the banking team
- Implement efficient processes to enhance operational effectiveness
- Monitor and ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
- Provide guidance and support to team members

**Qualifications**:
