**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- Responsible of coordinating, executing and supporting the People Cycle activities: Competency Appraisal 180 & 360, Performance Review, Calibration Meetings & Talent Review, Engagement Survey
- Create and support critical reports/analysis: DEI, Talent Review, Master Data, HRIS Preparation, Engagement Results, Turnover Analysis, etc.
- Create and Support critical Power Point presentations for Executive Leaders and Senior Business Partners
- Plan and Execute Internal communications through the entire cycle
- Ticket & Support Mailbox management
- Create and sustain People Cycle Resources for Business Partners and colleagues: Toolkits, Trainings, Guides, etc.
- Scope: ABI Global Headquarters Employees in Argentina, Brazil, US, India, Belgium

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- University Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration or similar)
- At least +2 year experience (ideally in global teams or managing talent processes)
- Excellent/Advanced English
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables knowledge)

Skills: Stakeholders management, service mindset, attention to detail, project and backlog management, data management, adaptability, time management, collaboration, agile. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Critical thinking, strategy planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
