Un Especialista de Importación y Exportación en SEE, desempeña un papel crucial en la gestión eficiente y legal del flujo de bienes y servicios a través de las fronteras, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la eficiencia operativa en todas las actividades de importación y exportación. ¿Por qué te necesitamos?
Solicitud de cotizacion a distintos proveedores, previo a la colocacion de ordenes de comprar de repuestos.
Colocacion de ordenes de compra de materia prima, maquinaria y respuestos de importacion.
Seguimiento de ordenes de compra (lead time, documentacion, embarque, hasta arribo a puerto).
Contacto y coordinacion de embarques con distintos forwardes, para optimizar costos de flete y mejorar lead times.
Seguimiento en planta para que se realicen ingresos de materiales y se contabilicen facturas.
Revisión y notificación de entregas de courier, a los distintos Dptos/destinatarios, dentro de la empresa. ¿Qué habilidades te ayudarán a tener éxito en esta posición?
Manejo de SAP.
Conocimientos básicos en Comercio Exterior.
Inglés básico-intermedio.
