**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
Responsabilidades y atribuciones:

- Acts as a primary point of contact for all zones and business units regarding the goal setting, tracking and bonus management process
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure adherence to performance management rules as well as manage the execution for global employees.
- Empower regional performance management teams through trainings, presentations, communications and SOPS to ensure a seamless process across all zones.
- Technical support for the goal setting management system
- Conduct user experience sessions and provide training on the system

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
Requisitos y competencias:

- Bachelor Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration or similar).
- Advanced English level (oral and written - mandatory)
- Advanced Power Point & Excel
- Project management skills and ability to work in complex, multitasking environment.
- Great communication skills, ability to impact and influence to higher banded population
- Picks up on new processes or technology quickly; can learn new skills and systems.
