Sr Specialist, Organizational Planning

**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- Responsible for partnering with the business to help solve complex organizational challenges, while ensuring we have the right people in the right function, helping us drive results and grow our business
- Support our Organizational Planning & Analysis agenda
- Develop organizational planning and analysis services for ABI, including knowledge management and project facilitation
- Identify potential improvement actions
- Gain stakeholder alignment on insights and buy-in to organization performance improvement and optimization actions
- Train and evangelism ABI in Org Design Methodology, concepts, metrics, benchmark

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Bachelor's degree required. (Human Resource, Business Administration, similar)
- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Advanced level of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with data, PM Systems and Power Bi. Orgvue desirable
- Experience in poject management, continuous improvement, or rganizational planning and analysis
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills.
