**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- Definition and Implementation of Global People Rewards projects initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards to provide and track the key metrics for Rewards.
- Crafting ad hoc analysis to provide insights and identify patterns for our Global Stakeholders.
- Developing solutions based on analytics tools to propel rewards projects/processes.
- Continuous Improvement and Support to Analytics Initiatives with Global impact.

All these tasks will be related not only to the current Rewards process but also to the upcoming projects

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Bachelor’s Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or similar).
- At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced English (oral and written skills - mandatory)
- Advanced Power Point & Excel.
- Working knowledge of SQL/Power BI.
- It would be a plus if you know Python/Data Science/Big Data
