Al unirse a nuestro equipo, usted y sus colegas serán contribuyentes importantes al éxito de la cadena de valor local de Yara al construir excelentes relaciones con nuestra organización comercial, socios y clientes.

**Responsibilities**:

Visita y seguimiento de clientes existentes y potenciales, generando ventas de valor de las soluciones nutricionales de Yara.
- Diseño e implementación de planes de generación de demanda acordes a los objetivos zonales y prioridades estratégicas junto con el equipo comercial y de áreas soporte.
- Implementación a campo de programas de innovación en la oferta comercial y servicios digitales.
- Diseño y ejecución de acciones de promoción y fidelización de usuarios (jornadas técnicas, días de campo, ensayos demostrativos, eventos internos y externos).
- Relacionamiento con asesores referentes y grupos técnicos locales (CREA y AAPRESID). Trabajo con Influenciadores de la zona. Capacitación técnica de la fuerza de venta del canal de distribución. Relevamiento de información de mercado incluyendo análisis de la competencia, principales influenciadores y nuevas tendencias. Asesoramiento técnico a usuario finales y elaboración de informes. Relevamiento e identificación continua de oportunidades de negocio.

**Gestión HESQ**:
Conocer y dar cumplimiento a la Política, Principios de Seguridad, directrices y estándares HESQ* establecidos por la compañía, basados en la filosofía Safe by Choice (Seguridad por elección), así como a los requisitos legales aplicables. Conocer y cumplir los demás requerimientos definidos en la Matriz de Responsabilidades HESQ*, asociadas su cargo/rol.
- *HESQ: políticas referidas a la salud, medio ambiente, seguridad patrimonial y calidad._

**Profile**:
**Educación**
Nível de estudios: Ingeniero Agrónomo

**Experiência Laboral**
Experiência de 1 o 2 años en funciones similares.
Experiência en materia de manejo de suelos y nutrición de cultivos (deseable)

**Conocimientos y habilidades**
Conocimiento en manejo de suelos, nutrición vegetal y fertilizantes.
Habilidades de comunicación y disertación, para impartir charlas a distintos públicos (asesores, distribuidores y productores).
Capacidad de análisis y definición de prioridades estratégicas.
Proactividad y autonomía de gestión.
Trabajo en equipo, con buenas habilidades interpersonales.
Atención al cliente, manejo de reclamo y objeciones.
Habilidades de negociación.
Dominio herramientas Office (Excel, Power Point, Teams)

**Otros requisitos**
Residir en la zona de acción o en sus cercanías (Oeste/Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires - Trenque Lauque, Pehuajó, 9 de Julio, Bragado, Junín, Lincoln, General Villegas).
Poseer licencia de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar.
