RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Dar soporte a Client Management y a Ventas & Nuevos Negocios brindando conocimiento profundo de experto que ayude a concretar y sostener ventas.
- Interactuar con los clientes para garantizar la entrega de datos, resolver dudas y problemas con los softwares.
- Interactuar con el área de Producto para analizar nuevos productos y softwares y/o mejoras a los actuales.
- Enseñar, dar soporte de producto y análisis especiales al equipo de Client management.
- Manejar y garantizar la entrega de datos de KSTR y todos los productos de Social Media
- Manejar el Backoffice y la administración de ventas para asegurar la ejecución de los procesos clave
- Manejar Media Class Academy y hacer benchmark con otros países para implementar las mejores practicas
- Detectar espacios de negocios y proyectos especiales
- Ayudar a la evolución y efectividad de ventas
- Realizar análisis de competencia
- Junto con el equipo de Go to Market promover y adaptar las ofertas globales interna y externamente
- Amplio portfolio de conocimiento
- Influir sobre la agenda global de productos para atender las necesidades locales y aprovechar oportunidades de negocio

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en programas académicos administrativos.
- Mínimo 5 años de Experiência en el sector y en el cargo.
- Deseable conocimiento en las herramientas de Kantar.
- Experto en Agencias de Medios y Publicidad.
- Conocimiento en Metodologías de Investigación de Mercado.
- Ingles Intermedio - Avanzado.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar hibrido 2x3
