¿Cuáles van a ser tus responsabilidades?
- Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente mediante la adopción de soluciones para que obtengan valor de su inversión en emBlue.
- Brindar a los clientes las herramientas y conocimientos necesarios para el correcto uso de la plataforma, generando que incrementalmente incorporen más canales y features.
- Acompañar a los clientes y guiarlos para la integración de la plataforma con los distintos sistemas del ecosistema del cliente (CRM, Ecommerce, Web, Analytics, etc.) para alimentar la plataforma con información y también exteriorizarla para asegurar conversaciones más relevantes y personales.
- Desarrollar y detectar el potencial de los clientes para reconocer oportunidades de cross sell y upsell.
Requisitos:
- Estudiante próximo a graduarse y/o graduado de las carreras Publicidad, Diseño Gráfico, Comercialización, Administración de Empresas, RRPP, Marketing y/o afín.
- Experiencia en atención a clientes.
- Conocimiento y experiencia en el uso de herramientas de Marketing Digital (Google Analytics, Adwords, ecommerce).
- Experiencia en performance de negocios.
- Utilización de aplicaciones para seguimiento de proyectos e incidentes.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Experiencia en administración de proyectos digitales, experiencia con alguna herramienta de SaaS y/o Marketing Automation.
- Conocimiento de email & automation marketing.
