Sr Specialist Instore Communications

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Lead the way in implementing best practices and enhancing consumer experiences at adidas by developing brand and product activations in line with the Wholesale SLA (both in digital and physical stores).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate execution of campaigns based on the local trade marketing calendar
- Assist in the launch of new stores by creating appropriate brand spaces and in-store communication
- Monitor projects and enhance execution processes
- Implement consumer promotions and activations across brick-and-mortar and online channels
- Maintain and update the image portfolio at Point-of-Sales
- Collaborate and communicate with Agencies
- Provide feedback, reports, and KPIs
- Serve as a business liaison for external partners such as agencies and suppliers
- Ensure alignment with the VM team for campaign roll-outs
- Manage budget responsibly
Key Relationships:
- Customer's back office
- Wholesale team
- Other Marketing teams
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- University degree or equivalent required
- Comprehensive theoretical understanding of the job function
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in English
