Quien asuma éste desafío, será responsable de:

  • Liderar y Gestionar el Equipo (9 personas), asegurando que todas las acciones estén alineadas con la misión, visión, valores y objetivos de SYUR y fomentar un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y de alto rendimiento.
  • Planificar y ejecutar estratégicamente, diseñando e implementando estrategias para alcanzar los objetivos trimestrales y anuales de la compañía.
  • Liderar el desarrollo y crecimiento del Negocio, gestionando el P&L, desarrollando estrategias que permitan superar los objetivos comerciales, incluyendo volumen, precio, funnel, leads, SQLs y Closed deals, asegurando el crecimiento sostenible del negocio a largo plazo.
  • Gestionar y Comunicar efectivamente, manteniendo una comunicación fluida con todos los miembros del equipo, clientes y socios comerciales, asegurando una alineación constante con los valores y la cultura de la empresa.

Buscamos perfiles que cumplan con estos requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en roles de liderazgo, preferentemente en startups o

pymes, con un enfoque en ventas B2B.

  • Formación académica en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniero Industrial, Licenciado en Comercialización o carreras afines.
  • 5 años de experiencia demostrada en gestión de equipos y liderazgo comercial.
  • Nivel avanzado de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
  • Residir en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires o alrededores, con disponibilidad

para trabajar presencialmente algunos días de la semana.
