REQUISITOS

Título en curso universitario o graduado en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o equivalente.

Imprescindible buen nivel de inglés hablado y escrito (avanzado C1-C2)

Idioma PORTUGUÉS (es un plus para el mercado de Brasil)

Se valorará conocimiento en proceso de Adquisición de Talento.

Se valorará experiencia demostrable trabajando en servicios compartidos de Recursos Humanos.

Fuerte comunicación, enfoque en el cliente y habilidades de resolución de problemas.

Manejo de paquete Office

Inglés avanzado (Excluyente)

Tu día a día

. Trabajar con los equipos locales de Adquisición de Talento en la región de América.

. Coordinar las entrevistas entre Responsables de contratación y candidatos y dar seguimiento al proceso.

. Lanzar proceso de selección pre-contratación y seguimiento de resultados.

. Recoger los documentos requeridos para las acciones de contratación.

. Generar carta de oferta y contratos.

. Colaborar con varios proyectos de Adquisición de Talento locales, regionales o globales.

De lunes a viernes de 9 a 17 Hs - Jornada laboral híbrida 3x2
