Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Talent Operations function as the Head of Talent Operations and Strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and scaling our talent acquisition and management capabilities, driving business growth through strategic talent planning, and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Operations Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent operations strategy that aligns with our business goals, ensuring the effective identification, vetting, and deployment of top AI and data talent.
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of talent specialists, technical recruiters, and operators, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive exceptional results and foster a culture of excellence.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our talent sourcing, vetting, upskilling, and matching processes, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with our engineering, sales, and marketing teams, providing strategic guidance and identifying opportunities to drive business success.
- Talent Journey Optimization: Implement workflows, processes, and tools that enhance our end-to-end talent journey, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for both our clients and engineers.
- Market Intelligence: Collaborate with our marketing team to establish a robust strategy for filling our candidate pipeline, leveraging market intelligence, forecasting client demand, and multi-channel recruitment tactics to attract top AI and data talent.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and maintain a data-driven talent operations function, analyzing in-depth reporting to track progress and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive high-level performance.
- Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest AI and data industry trends, issues, and best practices, ensuring our talent operations function remains at the forefront of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in talent operations, talent marketplaces, technical recruiting, business operations, or consulting.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and designing and implementing talent operations initiatives.
- Strong project and people management skills, with a proven ability to execute and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and consistent information to drive decision-making and demonstrate progress towards business objectives.
