HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Balazs. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process across Latin America countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Local Recruiting teams to define candidate profiles, position requirements, and recruiting strategies.
• Post job openings on internal and external career sites, as well as other preferred portals.

Screening and Interview Scheduling

• Review candidate applications and resumes, and prepare phone-screen guides based on position requirements.
• Conduct phone-screen interviews and update candidate feedback and application status.
• Prepare and present a shortlist of pre-selected candidates to Hiring Managers and Local Teams.

Pre-employment Coordination

• Coordinate with candidates and vendors to schedule pre-employment exams, such as medical tests and reference checks.
• Follow up with candidates to obtain necessary documentation and with vendors to obtain results.
• Share results with Local Teams.

Hire Process and Invoicing

• Assist candidates with the hire process, including uploading necessary documentation.
• Process invoices for Talent Acquisition services, such as agency fees and medical tests.
• Follow up with other teams to ensure timely payment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency is required.
• Intermediate to advanced Portuguese language proficiency is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability skills.
• Oral and written communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
• Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements, automation, and standardization.
• Knowledge of Oracle, WorkDay, and ServiceNow is a plus.
• Experience in recruitment processes is a plus.
