Job Summary

VitalAire Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team in Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from job posting to hire, and will work closely with hiring managers and local recruiting teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Latin America.
  • Manage job postings on various career sites and portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates, conducting phone screens and interviews as needed.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, ensuring timely and efficient communication with candidates and interviewers.
  • Process invoices for recruitment services and ensure timely payment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency.
  • Intermediate to advanced Portuguese language proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
