Client Value Enhancement is dedicated to helping our clients meet their growth objectives and, in turn, growing Frost & Sullivan.

We strive to develop and maintain a one-to-one relationship with our clients.

Through pro-active interaction with the client, we are always available to answer any questions they may have, as well as identify additional client needs and challenges.

We strive to increase satisfaction through Service Calls & Client Councils, thereby increasing clients frequency of use.

Overview:


The CVE team is dedicated to helping our clients meet their growth objectives and, in turn, growing Frost & Sullivan.

We strive to develop and maintain a one-to-one relationship with our clients.

Through pro-active interaction with the client, we are always available to answer any questions they may have, as well as identify additional client needs and challenges.

We strive to increase satisfaction through Service Calls & Client Councils, thereby increasing clients' frequency of use. CVE team works closely with Global 1000 companies and emerging businesses across six continents.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that our clients receive maximum value from their investment in Frost & Sullivan services.
  • Communicate Client Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction to all concerned parties.
  • Bring subscription renewal rates to 100%
  • Provide our clients with a proactive interaction that is unmatched in our industry.
  • Uncover additional needs and provide qualified leads to the sales force.
  • Serve as a Frost & Sullivan knowledge base for all clients.
  • CVE's focus is on renewal of our Growth Opportunity Analysis (research) subscriptions.

Qualifications:

  • 0 4 Years of Experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Word and Excel.
  • Well organized, detail oriented.
  • Strong initiative and can work independently with remote supervision.
  • Adherence to high quality standards.
