Misión del Puesto

Implementar la estrategia de comunicación de las marcas aplicando los guidelines regionales para lograr el cumplimiento de los KPIs establecidos.

Mantener relación con las agencias garantizando la ejecución de los planes en forma eficiente.

Analizar los resultados finales de las campañas para luego compartir learnings al equipo de Marketing y aplicarlos en futuras activaciones.


Funciones y Responsabilidades

  • Contribuir al desarrollo de la estrategia de comunicación en plataformas digitales (facebook, instagram, programmatic, youtube, tiktok), incluyendo la planificación, gestión y engagement de las campañas. Analizar resultados para entregar insights accionables con foco en lograr una mejora y crecimiento continuos.
  • Analizar las métricas de las campañas, con el objetivo de optimizar constantemente los resultados de pauta.
  • Ser nexo con otras áreas de la compañía para alinearse en los objetivos de la comunicación de cada marca.
  • Gestionar con la agencia creativa el contenido orgánico en redes sociales.
  • Gestionar con la agencia de medios la amplificación de paid media.
  • Seguir el consumo del presupuesto de la región.
  • Dar seguimiento al proceso de creación/adaptación de piezas creativas junto al equipo regional de Cono Sur como de Latam.
  • Identificar y analizar las audiencias digitales y comportamientos de usuarios para lograr cada vez mayor relevancia en nuestras comunicaciones.
  • Llevar adelante la implementación de las campañas de la marca con la agencia, asegurando que estén activas en tiempo y forma.

Requerimientos del puesto

  • Estudiante y/o Graduado de carreras de Comercialización/ Publicidad/ Marketing/ Comunicaciones o carrera afín.
  • Experiência previa de 2 años (full time) en áreas digitales de marketing, agencia y/o medios.
  • Inglés Intermedio/Avanzado.

Habilidades

  • Buen Manejo de Office.
  • Google Analytics, Facebook Business manager, Google Ads, Redes sociales, Comprensión de KPI digitales (indispensable).

Competencias Técnicas
