The mission is to increase the company's revenues with new business, focusing on acquiring strategic customers for the company. Identify areas of growth and potential opportunities, constantly work to increase sales contribution in designated areas of responsibility and manage the defined sales process for assigned customers and prospects.

  • Manage the sales process with strategic customers to maximize long term results
  • Adoptive relationship with the assigned set of customers.
  • Handle the sales process for assigned customers by visiting customers at least 4 times a year.
  • Anticipate 2 weeks about sales schedule to be prepare reports and develop sales with better market overview;
  • Visit minimum 5 customers per week in order to be aligned with target defined;
  • Identify potential customer issues and solve them in collaboration with the Sales Coordinator & CS Team
  • Monitor sales goals/target/KPI ́s in line with company objectives per each account assigned;
  • Participate on internal sales meeting with details about market;
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans identifying target segments according to seasonality of the cargo.
  • Establish strong, multilevel, win/win relationships with new and existing customers (including main decision makers and influencers).

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license is mandatory
  • Academic education. Economics/Business management/ Marketingadvantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience with strategic customers
  • Working experience in Shipping industry.
  • Proficient in MS office, Excel in particular.
  • Advanced English (Speaking, reading and writing) |
  • Communication skills;
  • Customer service approach (internal & external);
  • Analytical thinking;
