- Knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) processes, vulnerabilities, auditing, Compliance
- Desirable
- Advanced knowledge in ITSM processes (Incidents, Changes, Requests, Problems, etc.)
- Experience/Knowledge in using ServiceNow
- Fluent English / Portuguese Desirable
