REQUISITOS:
Profesional de Recursos Humanos-Administración de empresas
+ 2 años de experiencia regional o global y/o trabajando en un centro de Servicios Compartidos
Nivel de inglés fluido + Otro idioma deseable (portugués o francés)

RESPONSABILIDADES:
*Ser el principal punto de contacto para las solicitudes de recursos humanos
*Responda de manera oportuna a las consultas y preguntas de los empleados sobre las pautas de recursos humanos y las preguntas generales sobre la política de la empresa
*Garantice una estrategia sólida de gestión del conocimiento, manteniendo actualizadas las instrucciones de trabajo, capacitando e incorporando a los nuevos empleados para garantizar la continuidad del conocimiento.
*Capacitar y asesorar a los clientes y las partes interesadas internas sobre los procesos y sistemas de PyC
*Mantenga con precisión los datos de recursos humanos en SAP para garantizar que la información de los empleados se actualice correctamente.
*Apoyar los requisitos y prácticas de auditoría interna; mantener los archivos de los empleados de conformidad con todas las leyes y reglamentos
*Administre las prioridades y ajuste de manera efectiva en función del volumen y la necesidad comercial; comprometerse con la gerencia para obtener orientación o aprobaciones
