Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for in-scope applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents.
- Support maintenance, patching, and release management processes to ensure seamless application performance.
- Perform limited enhancement work, as needed, to improve application functionality and user experience.
- Handle ad hoc data requests and perform system administration tasks to ensure data integrity and security.
- Oversee master data management and recommend efficiency improvements to enhance business processes.
- Follow and enforce Air Liquide's change management processes to ensure smooth application updates.
- Perform system analysis, review, and correct errors to ensure application stability and performance.
- Provide technical assistance, problem resolution, and troubleshooting support to internal stakeholders.
- Work with various stakeholders to deploy software solutions and collaborate with Solution Experts and DBAs to enhance application program performance.
- Produce technical documentation as required to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related discipline, coupled with prior experience as a software developer.
- 5+ years experience working in IT support, with a strong understanding of Oracle EBS platform and related applications.
- Experience with one or more of the applications in scope, such as AP, AR, GL, FA, INV, CE, OM, MFG.
- Spanish fluency required, with intermediate English proficiency and French language ability a plus.
