Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at SC Johnson Professional. As an Sr. Analyst – Contract Manufacturing, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the local supply base and identifying areas of opportunity in cost reduction, supply chain optimization, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers to ensure CFR targets, quality standards, and SHE compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to create cost savings, mitigate supply risk, and contribute to increased delivered profit.
• Execute the global/regional procurement strategy of the 3PMs and support planning and procurement teams in the Southern Cluster.
• Support projects within the projects managers, quality, and development teams.
• Drive administrative tasks at 3PMs/suppliers, including IEs resolution, inventory tracking, and support planning and supply chain areas.
• Lead and support cost-saving initiatives and inventory control in 3PM and WH.
• Conduct and support quality and SHE audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with technical skills (desirable).
• Advanced English language skills.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, and/or procurement.
• Key skills include networking ability, leadership, strong influencing skills, high-level communication, negotiations, and problem analysis.
• Cross-functional collaboration.
