las asignaciones son de naturaleza amplia y generalmente requieren originalidad e ingenio. Tiene cierta libertad para tomar decisiones o acciones no revisadas. Proactivo en la identificación de formas y métodos para lograr los objetivos de la división/área.
Resolución de problemas:
demuestra buen juicio al seleccionar y adaptar métodos para lograr resultados. Proporciona experiência y socios con liderazgo para resolver problemas y cuestiones difíciles.
Alcance:
aplica experiência estratégica, analítica y técnica consultando con el gerente sobre asuntos inusuales para la división/área asignada. Actúa con carácter consultivo, realizando.
Por lo general, se espera que tenga una licenciatura en recursos humanos, negocios o un campo relacionado o experiência equivalente, y de 5 a 8 años de experiência en recursos humanos.
Habilidades:
Poseer y aplicar un amplio conocimiento de los principios, prácticas y procedimientos de recursos humanos para completar tareas difíciles.
Habilidades de gestión de proyectos. Habilidad para liderar el soporte de recursos humanos de la división/área asignada. Dominio del inglés.
