Propósito de la posición:

Responsable de planificar, crear y ejecutar los contenidos orgánicos dentro de las redes sociales de la marca y web, dirigidas al consumir, acorde al plan anual, con el propósito de incrementar la conexión entre nuestro consumidor actual y la marca.

Manejar e implementar el calendario de contenidos y revisar las métricas con la agencia creativa de contenido para redes online.

Guardian de la marca asegurando que los materiales cumplan con el guidebook, tone of voice y estética de marca. Asegurarse que las entregas para el calendario social se ejecuten y estemos OK con los delineamientos internos.


Su misión es ser dueño de la ruta del consumidor enfocándose en que los consumidores conozcan y consideren la marca.


Un día en la vida de

  • Adaptación y manejo de campañas globales y locales.
  • Cooperación con agencias creativas, contactos globales, equipo de marketing y otras áreas del negocio.
  • Photoshoots, video content, grabaciones y adaptación de contenidos.
  • Trabajo con la Comms & Campaign Specialist para crear los materiales acordes a la marca y el plan de medios cerrado.
  • Asegurar consistencia de mensajes y estilos de textos.
  • Coordinación con varias áreas del negocio para entender necesidades en cuanto a mensajes y contenido.
  • Manejo de presupuesto en creación de contenido.
  • Supervisar, optimizar e informar de las actividades locales de medios.
  • Realizar un seguimiento y optimice el contenido en base a fechas especiales, contexto local y acciones.
  • Producir informes de redes sociales de manera regulares para resaltar el desempeño en las métricas principales.
  • Comparar las actuaciones locales con las mejores prácticas internacionales y el entorno competitivo local.
  • Trabajar con Comms & Campaign Specialist para validar los contenidos creados para las campañas de medios.
  • Analizar contenido de marcas competidoras locales en redes sociales.

Lo que te hará exitoso

  • Graduados de carreras de Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación o afines
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiência en Marketing
  • Nível de inglés avanzado
  • Manejo de paquete Office, nível avanzado.
  • Experiência con conceptos y entregas, revisión de detalles en entregables.
  • Experiência previa en producciones, creación de contenido y cuidar las visuales de una marca.
  • Entendimiento de métricas de redes sociales y reportes.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con agencias, adaptación a diferentes contextos y trabajo en equipo
