Service Desk Operator to work as part of a team of the leading off-price apparel and home fashions retailer in the U.S and worldwide.


What you ́ll do?

What do we value?
People that are organized, proactive, reliable, and results-driven initiative, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
You should be proficient in Spanish and English (Portuguese as a third language is also a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Desk support for retail chain employees.
  • Resetting/Unlocking of passwords.
  • System restoration.
  • Requests for new users.
  • Requests for new equipment.
  • Assistance for cameras and store sound.

Necessary skills and experience required:

years of work experience as a Service Desk or Call Center team.

  • Is desirable but not exclusive, proficient in CRMs and Service Desk/Contact Center tools (Service Now, Avaya CMS Supervisor, NICE, etc).

Excellent communication in both Spanish and English.

  • Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Goal and resultoriented mindset.
