Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para cubrir la posición de
Supervisor de Finanzas Comerciales y Administrativas dentro del Global Business Services de la compañía.


Quien tome la posición será responsable de proporcionar los servicios de _pricing management_ asegurando la integridad de la información mediante el registro y verificación de datos de precios, consolidación, reportes, controles, provisiones y auditoria.

Pensamos en un profesional con experiência, excelentes habilidades interpersonales y orientación al cliente.

Puerto Madero. Modalidad de trabajo
híbrida.

Lo que vas a hacer:

  • Participar del proyecto de migración de _Commercial Finance_;
  • Planificar y desarrollar sistemas y procedimientos para mejorar la calidad y eficiencia operativa del Equipo;
  • Analizar y documentar procesos y problemas, desarrollando soluciones para mejorar la eficiencia;
  • Responsable de detectar, analizar y escalar todos los procesos y tareas que no están funcionando correctamente o necesitan mejorarse;
  • Ayudar al personal a resolver problemas operativos complejos o fuera de la política
  • Programar y realizar reuniones intra e interequipo;
  • Mantener un proceso fluido de comunicación con las partes interesadas locales, clientes internos.
  • Responsable de monitorear la efectividad de los controles incluidos en los procesos bajo su revisión
  • Participar de los procesos de Testing Scripts,
  • Entrenar al CF/CA team en sus procesos
  • Principal y primer punto de contacto para los Team Leads.

Requerimientos:

  • Graduado o estudiante de los últimos años de carreras de grado (Ciencias Económicas, Administración de Empresas o afines son deseables);
  • 2 a 3 años de experiência previa en Finanzas Comerciales | FP&A | Pricing Management
  • Experiência liderando equipos y participando de proyectos;
  • Conocimiento de SAP (Excluyente);
  • Inglés Avanzado (Excluyente);
  • Manejo de paquete de Microsoft;
  • Experiência en mejora de procesos (deseable)
  • Experiência en Shared Services será valorado.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
