En Quadminds nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Customer Success Analyst para gestionar la cartera de clientes con el objetivo de acompañarlos desde el momento de la implementación para alcanzar sus objetivos de forma exitosa y acompañarlos en la constante adopción de nuevos productos y servicios.


¿Cuáles serán las responsabilidades del rol?

Su función principal será la de definir junto al cliente los objetivos y entender las problemáticas de negocio a resolver, a fin de lograr la correcta adopción del software y superar las expectativas del cliente.

Deberá desarrollar un conocimiento profundo del Producto y servicios disponibles para apalancar las características y beneficios para el cliente. Será el responsable de hacer el seguimiento inmediato de clientes implementados para asegurar la continuidad del uso del producto. Deberá monitorear el nível de satisfacción de los clientes a través de métricas e indicadores claves.

Realizará contactos proactivos con los clientes de la cartera a fin de relevar necesidades y sugerir mejoras en el uso de la plataforma y generar oportunidades de upselling.

Será el responsable de la comunicación y resolución de conflictos de la cartera actual de clientes.

Requisitos:

¿Qué skills buscamos?

Experiência de al menos 2 años en roles de Customer Success Management (excluyente) Experiência en empresas de Software (preferentemente en productos SAAS) Capacidades de autogestión y time management.

Con formación en carreras de Comercialización, Marketing o afines (no excluyente)
