The Position

Customer Solutions Partner

  • Demostrar el valor de los productos y servicios a cargo a los médicos en su zona de alcance e influencia, con el fin de generar la demanda esperada para los mismos, mediante la recomendación y prescripción a los pacientes.

  • Ser el principal socio de los médicos, colaborando en la detección del paciente que se beneficiaría del uso de los productos o servicios de Roche Diabetes Care. Respalda su uso adecuado, lo cual incluye compartir sus ventajas con profesionales de la salud de manera verídica y balanceada.

  • Actuar como principal punto de contacto de Roche Diabetes Care de los médicos a cargo, tanto para cualquier servicio, evento, o interacción que RDCA se proponga, independientemente del área responsable.


La posición

  • Trabajar de forma flexible en múltiples equipos de propuesta de valor, siendo el principal responsable por exteriorizar esas propuestas.

  • Participar activamente de los sprints a los cuales es asignado, siendo socio de los externos en la muestra de la propuesta de valor y generación de demanda esperada, como así también socio interno en el desarrollo de la propuesta y co-creación en base a información obtenida en el mercado.

  • Conocer y entrenarse de forma continua en los productos de Roche Diabetes Care a los cuales fuese asignado. Explicar, mostrar y recorrer cada función y característica de los productos a cargo en los médicos target y pertenecientes a su zona de trabajo.

  • Coordinar todas las actividades necesarias para la implementación de los customer journeys, pertenecientes a las propuestas de valor a las que fuera asignado.

  • Investigar, capturar y reportar de forma continua los cambios y novedades de productos y servicios en el mercado que compitan con los productos de Roche Diabetes Care Argentina.

  • Nutrir los sistemas internos con sus actividades con el fin de poder medir, optimizar y maximizar sus interacciones para poder obtener el resultado deseado de demanda generada (recetas) como así también de costos asignados al proceso.

  • Interactuar con los médicos definidos mediante múltiples canales de comunicación, ya sea de manera presencial, telefónica, videoconferencia, mail, chat o cualquier otro canal aprobado y apropiado.

  • Conocer, seguir y detectar oportunidades de contacto que pudieran automatizarse mediante sistemas de marketing digital, para poder utilizar su tiempo en otras actividades, maximizando la generación de demanda.

Quién eres

  • Título universitario en ciencias de la salud, económicas o empresariales.

  • Experiencia comprobable en la venta, marketing o trade marketing de productos médicos o farmacéuticos.

  • Inglés (Deseado)
