Overview We are currently looking for a Senior Business Partner to join our team Work Location - Retiro, CABA (3x2) Sobre nuestro cliente Michael Page is a global recruitment consultancy that specializes in connecting professionals with permanent, temporary, and contract roles, primarily at mid to senior management levels across various industries such as finance, IT, marketing, engineering, and more Descripción Closely monitor performance, KPIs and other financial indicators Produce analysis, insights and other management information to aid the Global Head as well as the regional Managing Partners in running their business Work closely with the local and regional Commercial Finance teams to help provide tools and global insights into the brand that will help make decisions as well as provide support on various projects, etc. Undertake employment cost analysis and review of other areas of spend to maximise efficiency and profitability Provide inputs into the budgeting and forecasting process - liaising with the business and FP&A to ensure accurate and timely budget submissions Ensure strong processes between the local country finance teams, operations and the respective SSC / transactional finance teams as well as FP&A team as needed for each region Review all aspects of the brand to identify areas where we can be consistent and align globally Closely work and coordinate with other support functions (Marketing, HR, IT) to ensure best possible outcome Build relationships with the operational business to become a "trusted advisor" to them and answer queries as they arise Other ad-hoc internal and external reporting as required by their businesses Page Group Argentina is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. Perfil buscado Finance and/or accounting degree 3-5 years experience in finance and/or accounting type positions Strong financial modelling skills Experience of managing senior stakeholders Understanding of the recruitment industry: threats, challenges and opportunities preferred Advanced English Qué Ofrecemos Competitive salary and benefits package.
