En Waves in Movement estamos transformando la forma en la que se gestionan los activos inmobiliarios en Latinoamérica y Europa, nuestros equipos están creciendo y te estamos buscando En esta oportunidad, buscamos un/a Business Development Specialist para sumarse a nuestro equipo En este rol, tendrás la responsabilidad de i mpulsar el crecimiento comercial de la empresa mediante el desarrollo de oportunidades de negocio para las distintas unidades: Consultoría, Property Management y Facilities, fortaleciendo la cartera de clientes y generando relaciones comerciales de largo plazo. Principales responsabilidades: Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para las distintas unidades de negocio. Identificar, generar y calificar leads alineados con los servicios de la empresa. Asistir a reuniones comerciales, eventos del sector y actividades de networking. Generar y mantener una red activa de contactos (desarrolladores, inversores, empresas, administradores, etc.). Detectar necesidades de potenciales clientes y articular propuestas junto a los equipos técnicos. Gestionar el pipeline comercial y realizar seguimiento de oportunidades. Coordinar presentaciones comerciales y acompañar el proceso de cierre. Mantener actualizada la información comercial en CRM o herramientas de gestión. Analizar el mercado, la competencia y detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Experiencia previa en desarrollo de negocios, ventas o roles comerciales (preferentemente en real estate, servicios profesionales o B2B). Conocimiento del mercado inmobiliario y/o de servicios asociados (consultoría, property management, facilities). Perfil marcadamente comercial, proactivo y orientado a resultados. Excelente capacidad de comunicación, negociación y relacionamiento interpersonal.Autonomía, organización y capacidad para priorizar tareas. Disponibilidad para viajar y asistir a reuniones y eventos presenciales en Latam (AR, PY, UY). Manejo de herramientas comerciales y CRM (deseable). Contar con cartera de contactos en el sector inmobiliario o corporativo. Experiencia trabajando con múltiples líneas de negocio. Excelente dominio de Power Point / Slides para el armado de presentaciones. Beneficios Día de cumpleaños libre
