UNIFIED API - Integrations HLS (High Level Solution) - Integrations Build Products - End 2 End Projects HLS (High Level Solution) - Build Custom Products Projects for global companies & startups Communication Tools Slack: Daily communication Gsuite: Mail / Calendar — Formal communication Notion: CONEXA HOME - All our information and processes HubSpot CRM Requirements Minimum of 3 / 4 years of experience in Tech B2B sales Proven experience leading Sales teams Exceptional communication in English language Proficiency in using CRM HubSpot and sales management tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase) Availability to travel as needed Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently This role will be based in Buenos Aires Excellent communications skills Main Responsibilities ICP: identify ideal customer profiles quickly and efficiently Quotas: achieve sales objectives; results-oriented; work under pressure New Business: create opportunities and achieve new client KPIs Account Management: Upsell objectives and retain clients Partnerships: grow Conexa's presence in Latam by consolidating long-term relationships Team Management: develop a sales team and establish internal processes to achieve quotas Marketing: collaborate to develop assets to enable selling Product: define with Product team new features and products to sell Soft Skills: self-motivated, empathetic, and capable of leading discovery conversations KPIs and Expectations Sales Objective: quarterly & monthly sales achievement; develop long-term strategic relationships with key partners/clients Maintain at least 100% of current monthly fees; retain clients and minimize cancellations Drive new revenues and ensure client satisfaction Leadership: contribute to an open, inspiring team environment and participate in strategy design Benefits Full salary in USD Atlas CREDITS on-demand benefits platform Annual trip to Bariloche Referral program Days off: 10 vacation days, 5 Conexa days off, birthday day off Hybrid work policy; office in Olivos, Buenos Aires Facilities: meeting rooms, private offices, refreshments Food & Beverages: fruit, cereals, coffee/mate Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function General Business Industries Airlines and Aviation Contact Interested?
