Buscamos un/a miembro entusiasta y talentoso/a para nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos Estarás encargado(a) de: Responsabilidades Diseñar avatar de posiciones que requieren procesos de reclutamiento. Realizar todo el proceso de reclutamiento hasta la contratación. Cumplir KPIs de reclutamiento con base en las necesidades de cada departamento. Diseñar estrategias para reclutar el mejor talento para la firma. Requisitos Tener experiencia en procesos de reclutamiento de equipos remotos y posiciones en USA. Tener disponibilidad de 45 horas semanales. Tener experiencia en trabajo remoto. Ser bilingüe (Español fluido o nativo / Inglés). Conocer las leyes de contratación en USA, especialmente en New Jersey. Conocer el manejo de plataformas de reclutamiento y uso de IA para encontrar el mejor talento.
