Key Responsibilities Identify, attract, and recruit top talent across various functions, focusing on complex or senior-level roles . Partner with department leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and define role requirements. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Promote Trafilea’s brand and culture to candidates during all stages of the recruitment process. Attend meetings with senior stakeholders to provide updates, align on candidate pipelines, and discuss hiring strategies. Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to drive data-informed improvements in sourcing, selection, and time-to-fill. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and best practices. Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Tech or Marketing recruiter , ideally hiring for complex or senior roles. Deep understanding of sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for specialized positions. Experience working with KPIs and OKRs in an agile recruitment framework. Strong analytical skills, able to interpret recruitment metrics and propose actionable improvements. Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with urgency. Positive, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
