Nautical Staffing is looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented LATAM Focused

Recruiter to support our recruitment operations for Spanish-speaking markets. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment—sourcing, interviewing,

coordinating, and onboarding candidates—while ensuring excellent turnaround

times and consistent delivery of high-quality talent to our clients. This role requires

strong communication skills to coordinate with our client with a sense of urgency,

and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities:

● Source and attract top-tier Spanish-speaking candidates through job boards,

social platforms, referrals, and targeted outreach.

● Conduct initial screenings and competency-based interviews to assess skills,

experience, and cultural fit.

● Manage and coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal

teams.

● Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and

professional candidate experience.

● Collaborate closely with multiple clients to understand hiring needs, job

requirements, and deadlines.

● Prepare and endorse qualified candidates within the agreed turnaround time.

● Maintain accurate records, pipelines, and recruitment activity reports.

● Ensure consistent communication and follow-ups with candidates and clients.

● Support talent acquisition initiatives and process improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a

remote or outsourcing environment.

● Strong Verbal and written communication to coordinate with both candidates

and clients alike,

● Experience managing high-volume recruitment pipelines and working with

tight deadlines.

● Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and sourcing skills.

● Familiarity with ATS platforms, job boards, and online sourcing tools.

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.

● Tech-savvy with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

● Willingness to work during PST hours with some flexible overlapping schedule.
