Serás el experto que participará en nuestros proyectos y tendrás acceso a startups disruptivas y marcas globales. ¿Te interesa? Responsabilidades Atención y resolución de incidencias. Analizar, diagnosticar y resolver incidencias en sistemas productivos. Brindar soporte correctivo y evolutivo en aplicaciones desarrolladas en Golang, Angular y MySQL. Monitorear errores recurrentes y proponer soluciones definitivas. Registrar cada incidencia en herramientas de gestión como JIRA y GitLab. Desarrollo de mejoras y optimización de procesos. Implementar mejoras funcionales solicitadas por el cliente. Optimizar procesos para mejorar tiempos de ejecución y eficiencia operativa. Diseñar y modificar estructuras en bases de datos relacionales MySQL. Crear y mantener servicios RESTful en arquitecturas de microservicios. Relación técnica con el cliente y documentación. Participar en levantamientos de requerimientos y análisis funcional. Traducir necesidades del negocio en soluciones técnicas. Elaborar documentación técnica clara: APIs, flujos, modelos y procesos. Mantener comunicación efectiva y transparente sobre avances, bloqueos y fechas estimadas. Perfil deseado Experiencia desarrollando Backend con Golang (GIN o Gorilla MUX). Experiencia en Frontend con Angular. Dominio de MySQL, modelado y optimización de consultas. Conocimientos básicos de Linux y CLI. Experiencia con pruebas unitarias. Diseño y desarrollo de APIs RESTful y microservicios. Conocimientos de seguridad en el desarrollo de aplicaciones. Experiencia con metodologías ágiles. Comunicación clara y efectiva con clientes externos. Capacidad analítica para resolver problemas complejos. Otros requisitos Vacante abierta para México y LATAM. Enfoque a servicio y excelente trato con cliente. Organización, ownership y seguimiento puntual. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples incidencias. Beneficios
