You'll lead end-to-end AI solutions, transforming business systems with full-stack expertise and impact. Your profile What makes you a strong candidate: You are proficient in Software architecture, Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Microsoft Azure, Code quality, Automation. You have +3 years experience in Artificial intelligence (AI). English - Fully fluent Spanish - Fully fluent Responsibilities and more Responsibilities and more: We are looking for an AI Full-Stack Developer (Lead level) with real production experience applying AI to business systems. This role is focused on designing, building, and scaling AI-enabled solutions end-to-end, combining strong full-stack development skills with practical AI expertise. Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver AI solutions used in production environments. Identify high-value AI use cases such as automation, optimization, and intelligent assistance. Own AI initiatives from design through deployment and monitoring. Design scalable and modular architectures where AI components are decoupled from core systems. Develop full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and Next.js. Deploy and operate solutions on Azure Cloud. Lead best practices in code quality, architecture, security, and AI usage. Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience building AI solutions in production. Strong understanding of modern AI patterns and best practices.- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. Experience building and orchestrating AI agents. Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Microsoft Agent Framework. Knowledge of prompt design, model evaluation, monitoring, and cost control. Full-Stack & Cloud Strong experience with React, Node.js, and Next.js. Solid understanding of software architecture and development best practices. Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud. Security-first and quality-driven mindset. Soft Skills Strong ownership and accountability. Clear communication and collaboration skills. Ability to lead technical decisions and mentor others. Pragmatic, business-focused approach to AI. Nice to Have Experience in healthcare or regulated environments. Familiarity with scheduling, case management, or operational workflows.
